LIPA – Facilities Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall running of a CIC facility. These responsibilities include coordinating the cleaning of center, security, managing equipment other than computer hardware, disaster recovery and facilitating purchasing requisitions. Other responsibilities included process development, and developing facilities operating expense budgets.

REQUIREMENTS:

* •BA/BS required, preferably in related field of engineering and property management
* •At least 3 years experience in related fields or property & facilities management including construction project management
* •Strong interpersonal relations and leadership skills
* •Has Directional / strategic planning ability skills
* •Has Building Management skills
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
