Junior Web Quality Assurance Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Quality Assurance Audit and Product Reviews and address issues and non-conformities resulting from the internal quality audit (IQA) of the project.
2. Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the project (process, tools and technology)
3. Address action items of the project (infrastructure, documentation, process-related) to comply with the quality initiatives of the project as well as the organization.
4. Prepares test plans and test scripts and test datas for all types of testing, unit testing, integration testing, system testing and sanity testing.
5. Checks and executes all test cases and test scripts. Monitors and fills up the metrics after executing the test cases and create a report of any differences for investigation.
6. Analysis of function specs, user manuals and some documents in preparation of bug lists in any program for quality assurance and functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
1+ years RELEVANT experience – Position/role is Quality Assurance or similar titles (Software Tester, Web Tester, Software Quality Analyst, etc.)
Worked on web/software projects (e-commerce or similar)
Used proper defect working tool (or at least familiar with) like bugzilla, jira, jtac, etc.
Knows what a test case and has written, or at least executed one
Automation experience not required but even if just familiar with the term itself would be good
Great attitude, good attendance record.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work the graveyard shift.
