Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
* Candidates will be Experienced Technical Support Engineers with EXCELLENT English accents and superior communication skills.
* THOROUGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN SQL.
* Seeking technicians with these skill(s): LINUX, Telephony, Web Scripting, VB, Asterisk PBX systems, PC support and / or Network management support.
* The position requires overnight shift work with heavy client interaction via phone (90%), email, and in person.  Support, clients, in, US, &, worldwide; other shifts may become available once regularized.
* Candidates will be expected to possess Client Management skills and have Well Rounded experience with troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a related field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City – Ortigas Area.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* 1-4 years experience required in Engineering (Electronics/Communication or equivalent) or with experience in a related field.

* Specific Skill Sets we are seeking:
* For SQL Database
* – create custom queries, create and verify maintenance plans, understand RDBMS
* For Windows OS
* – Create Domains, add users in A. D., run backups, install programs, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, recover failed operating systems
* For Networking
* – routing, sub-netting, port usage, telnet, ping trace-route, and understanding gateways, managed switches, routers and troubleshooting network faults
* For Hardware
* – PC Maintenance, remote walk-throughs, hardware replacements such as back-planes and peripherals, supporting RAID and SATA drives
* For Telephony
* – T1 and E1 installs/turn-ups and troubleshooting of failing or faulty circuits.  PBX integrations and basic interoperability testing.  VoIP theory, testing and codecs, and troubleshooting.  Telephony card installations, configurations using Dialogic, Digium, and Sangoma cards.
* For Scripting
* – ASP, ASPX, PHP, HTML coding and troubleshooting experience.  Preferably experience with Visual Basic programming and VB based products.
