VENDOR REBATES EXPERTS (Team Lead & Specialist)
(National Capital Reg – Fort Bonifacio, Taguig)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Vendor Rebates Experts are responsible for processing rebates and client claims for IT Hardware products with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The VRE will be working for a FORTUNE 100 IT company that distributes hardwares for high-end IT companies from North America and Canada.
* Responsible for processing Price Protection claims.
* Process rebates for key customers
* Respond to all customer rebate requests and inquiries via phone/fax/email.
* Audit rebate claims to be entered to ensure compliance to vendor guideline
* Communicate with vendors regarding policies and procedures.
* Receive Customer’s claim, and validates the clain as per the Company’s procedure.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or other related courses
* At least 3-5 years Customer Service experience in a BPO industry required
* Extensive background in working with tangible products is VERY MUCH REQUIRED (Those who applied with this specific qualification will be prioritized)
* Excellent organizational skills
* Advanced knowledge in Reconciliation and processing of Accounts Payable
* Very detail oriented
* Willingness to suggest improvements to process
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel
* Basic knowledge of Access
* Amendable for fixed night shift work schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
* Work location is at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.
