HR DIRECTOR/VP HR/COUNTRY HR/REGIONAL HR
(National Capital Reg – Fort Bonifacio, Taguig)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for managing and guiding the overall provision as specified by the Human Resources Services. These includes the policies, programs and demands of the whole company. The major areas directed would be recruitment and staffing, organizational planning, employee performance management and improvement programs, labor relations, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration and other employee services.

REQUIREMENTS:

* At least 10 years experience in the same capacity
* Preferrably from the BPO/IT Industry or from the business of Global Distribution of Hardware Products
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to establish trust and security for the entire organization from management to its employees.
* Must have notable accomplishments in the Human Resources aspects of previous companies that the candidate have worked with.
* Amenable to work on a fixed night shift (9:00PM-6:00AM)
* Work location will be at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
