Outbound Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:

*  Provides top-quality outbound customer service and technical assistance to all customers of the account / program.
* Performs callbacks / return-calls to customers when initial calls are received during system downtimes.
* Ensures that the necessary technical support processes and procedures are carried out in call-backs.
* Attends to customer queries, concerns, and issues through phone, voice mail and email regarding problems with hardware, software, networking and other computer related technology.
* Interacts with a team of TSRs, and supports the Team Captain in all initiatives aimed at driving team / individual performance and attaining team goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree/at least has completed Second Year College in any field
* Call Center experience is a must
* With 1 year experience in technical account
* Expert in identifying errors and completing root cause analysis
* Customer service oriented with strong problem solving and facilitation skills
* Ability to analyze complex technical software issues
* Demonstrate familiarity with various Windows operation systems (MS® Windows® XP, MS® Windows® 98, and MS® Windows® ME (or current version) and Internet Explorer.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) required.
* Above average to excellent communication skills.
* Amenable to work on a graveyard shift / shifting schedule.Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
