LUZON – Accent and Conversational English Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Delivers Accent and Conversational English (ACE) program training courses to agents and support staff
* Delivers ACE based uptraining, remediation, and continuous learning modules including action plan follow-ups in the Language Lab
* Performs side-by-side, or remote monitoring of nesting / production agents using the ACE form and provides feedback and coaching over opportunity areas

REQUIREMENTS:

* BA/BS or Masteral level degree in English Language education (preferred)
* BA/BS degree in Education related- field
* Strong English written and oral communications skills
* Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success
* Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
* Computer literate: proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Innovative, self-motivated with a high degree of team spirit
* Must be willing to work either in Bacoor or Sta. Rosa
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
