LUZON – Training Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Under the supervision of the Quality/Training Manager, the Training Supervisor supervises staff trainers on a full time-time basis. Determines training needs for client-based programs. May design, develop and deliver training programs and project continuation training or work in supporting the trainers in this. Coordinates client-delivered training. Develops and delivers other operational training courses (Six Sigma and Management Development as examples). Designs, administers and analyzes training evaluations; evaluates and administers alternative training methods. Develops and maintains training, participant and reference materials, and equipment. Works with other staff trainers to further develop their project management skills and provides developmental guidance to enhance their training skills. Acts on behalf of the QA/Training Manager, as needed. Completes special projects as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Supervisory experience required
* Training Certification preferred
* College Degree preferred
* Process Improvement experience preferred
* Comprehensive knowledge of supervisory practices and processes.
* Training background preferred. (Six Sigma, ISO, Leadership Development)
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a teleservices or telecommunications company.
* Some experience with all aspects of training (assessment, development, facilitation, analysis, etc.)
* Adapts strategies and solutions that are consistent with project goals and objectives, demonstrating critical thinking when making decisions and problem solving.
* Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, process mapping and database applications).
* Complete understanding of teleservices business operation.
* Ability to track, analyze and present data/trends.
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be well organized, demonstrate initiative, ability to follow through and able to manage multiple projects.
* Data entry, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills required.
* Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously.
* Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
* Knowledge of adult learning principles
