SOUTH LUZON – Human Resource Generalist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Acts as an advisor to supervisors and managers, ensuring legal compliance and resolution of all recruitment, selection issues, and personnel actions and concerns.
* Assists as necessary with prescreens, interviews, and selects candidates for non-exempt and exempt positions, maintaining all local, state and federal laws and regulations (including Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies)
* Counsels employees, supervisor and managers concerning work-related problems, conducts investigations and termination interviews.
* Interprets and implements Company’s policies and procedures with all employees
* Responsible for new hire orientation, including review of Company’s policies and procedures and completion of all necessary new hire paperwork
* Represents company at HR related hearings and investigations
* Monitors performance appraisal, LOA, FMLA, disciplinary, termination and other processes for compliance with legal and company policies.
* Special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably with a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
* Must have 3 – 5 years experience in human resources
* Should be knowledgeable in compensation and benefits administration, employee services, data management, payroll and should have thorough knowledge in employment laws
* Must have excellent oral and written skills
* Must be a computer literate
* Must possess organizational and multi-tasking abilities
* Must be able to maintain the strictest confidentiality
* Ability to work well with others
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Must be willing to work in Bacoor.
