Director For Quality Assurance
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the quality assurance department to ensure the overall success of each project and its performance within their respective center.

REQUIREMENTS:

* BS/BA degree in Communications or equivalent work-related experience.
* At least 7 years Experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a teleservices or telecommunications company
* At least 5 years Management experience required.
* At least 3 years Quality Assurance experience in a call center environment.
* Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets and database applications).
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Must be well organized, demonstrate initiative, and able to manage multiple projects.
* Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to interact effectively with all internal departments and represent TeleTech in a professional manner.
* Willing to work in Bacoor and Cainta and in shifting schedule
* Full-time position available
