RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plan, organize, schedule and lead the work of individuals and groups to attain desired results. Facilitate strategic leadership development plan, ensuring alignment with global learning and leadership strategies and programs, utilizing technology and tools for optimum delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree from four-year college
* 10 years in a Leadership position, or equivalent combination
* Master’s degree a plus
* 7-10 years Leadership experience, with at least 4-5 years at Director level
* Director level experience for multi-site environment, directing and developing employees
* Experience in working with management assessing, diagnosing and developing interventions to align training initiatives with company strategies and values; experienced presenter/facilitator and familiar with principles of adult learning
* Knowledge and sensitivity of diversity issues in training; ability to effectively deal with conflict and highly sensitive situations
* Strong consulting and influencing skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; user knowledge of database systems.
* Ability to analyze results of behavioral assessment tools
* Possess contract negotiating capabilities to help build potential partnerships; needs to be able to bring staff and key influencers together to work in concert
* Willing to be based in any of the sites of TeleTech (preferably Luzon Site), to work in shifting schedule and to travel 50% of the time
