RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Under the supervision of the ACE (Language Lab) Supervisor, an ACE Coach will work closely with the local ACE Training Team, the Project Operation Team/s and the Project Quality Team/s to support ongoing English language skills development.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong English written and oral communications skills.
* Experienced facilitator who can implement program changes quickly and with a high degree of success.
* Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly.
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
* Computer literate: proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Innovative, self-motivated with a high degree of team spirit
