Mission Control Analyst (Workforce)
(National Capital Reg – Sucat, Parañaque City)

* Achieves and supports the targeted performance levels for the call center by monitoring the account’s performance and productivity metric real time and making adjustments to meet service level.
* Responsible in issue management and escalation to the appropriate departments to ensure continuity of the operation.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Experience in call center Workforce Management is a must.
* More than one year of experience in a call center environment
* Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office products particularly the functions in Excel.
* Analytical and organizational skills
* Decision-making capabilities and ability to work independently
* Strong multi-tasking skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral
* High level of interpersonal skills
* Ability to deal with conflict in a positive fashion
* Adaptable and flexible at work.
* Must be willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
