Call Center Operations Desk (Workforce) – DAVAO
(Southern Mindanao – Davao City)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for maintaining agents’ productivity & making sure that agents are being utilized properly
* Responsible in sending accurate reports/deliverables that are relevant to the program.
* Responsible for Sending Interval & AP reports and EOD Reports to Programs in a timely manner

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Should have at least 1 year experience in Workforce/RTA in a BPO company
* Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City.
* Preferably a resident of Davao
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
