Quality Assurance Specialist - Technical Account (Camarines Sur)
Responsibilities:
* Attend calibration sessions
* Monitor calls as per the prescribed guidelines and as per the schedule
* Provide feedback to agents and supervisors
* Generate QA reports
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Willing to relocate in CAMARINES SUR
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent in a BPO company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong analytical skills
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
