HR Director for Davao Site
(Davao, Philippines)
Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for managing and extending the life cycle of employees in the organization by building and implementing employee retention programs across all sites in the Philippines. He/she would conceptualize and execute events & celebrations, manage disciplinary action and provide ground level HR support to operations through a team based in each location. Internal employee communication through the HR helpdesk as well as other forums would also be a key responsibility.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess minimum 10 years experience in managing various aspects of HR in a large well established company. Excellent communication and presentation skills, in-depth hands-on experience in employee relations/labor relations and knowledge of labor code is essential. Ability to manage a large dispersed team across various locations would be an important requirement for this role.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
