Workforce Analyst – Alabang
(National Capital Reg – Alabang, Muntinlupa City)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Economics or equivalent
* At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in specified department scheduling or workforce management systems is required
* Candidate must have knowledge of Aspects software (EWFM & RTA) and Avaya
* Strong computer skills with thorough knowledge on spreadsheets and graphs using MS office products is a must
* Candidate must have the ability to work independently and adjust to changing priorities and demands associated with a changing environment
* Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of forecasting techniques and statistical analysis
* High level of commitment, initiative, vision, and enthusiasm is required
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
