Responsibilities:

* The HR Generalist will be in charge of facilitation of site-wide HR activities. The position will be responsible for assisting the Site HR Manager in overseeing HR processes and ensuring that all site practices are aligned with the Company’s Global Operating Systems.

Requirements:

* Candidate must have at least 2 years related work experience in a Supervisory capacity.

* Candidate must have work experience in at least 2 of the following facets: recruitment, labor relations, employee relations, payroll, administration.

* Candidate must have background in targeted selectopn interview.

* Candidate must have very strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Candidate must be attentive to details, service and results oriented, and motivated.

* Candidate must be willing to work on flexible hours in Pasig City.
