Sales Counselor
(National Capital Reg – Manila)

Responsibilities:

* To plan for the success of sales process by conducting research of prospects and assessing appropriate procedures for communication and proposals.
* To make regular outbound telesales, telesales prospecting calls, and to send marketing materials to prospects and clients to achieve targeted revenue budget, while effectively presenting corporate information and features and benefits of products/services during customer contacts.
* To effectively follow-up via telephone calls and e-mail with all prospects and clients at every stage of the sales process.
* To gather and elicit detailed information of the sales order information from the clients to facilitate accurate and timely processing. To prepare the information of the clients and enter it accurately into the company’s CRM tool, maintaining correct and complete records.
* To ensure continuous growth of the company’s database.
* To develop business contacts to enhance the company’s community image while maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings.

Requirements:

* Candidates must be at least in 2nd year college level.
* Candidate should have above average or excellent English communication skills.
* At least 6 months experience in doing in business to business and/or business to consumer Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing (international sales campaigns) or equivalent is a must.
* 20 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
