SEO Manager
(National Capital Reg – Mandaluyong)

Responsibilities:

* Develop innovative on-page and off-page SEO strategies that increase quality traffic for multiple websites
* Leverage existing resources to help boost site ranking
* Ensures steady growth in the number of web users visiting the manage sites
* Manages the SEO team in the implementation of strategies
* Works with different departments for website enhancements / modifications to drive website content and navigation optimization
* Performs data interpretation and analysis of web traffic data, online survey results, and other statistical measures to support Technical Marketing team initiatives
* Maintains expertise on search engine news and trends
* Performs regular progress reports on ranking, site traffic and optimization strategies
* Conducts competitive analysis to monitor site and content strengths and weaknesses
* Analyze traffic and lead flow for web sites, and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a College / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization
* A proven and demonstrable track record for first page keyword placement in a competitive environment
* Knowledgeable in HTML and CSS
* Ability to write marketing and SEO content
* A strong marketing mind and a user-centric approach to improving search engine performance
* Have a working knowledge and use of leading Web Analytics and SEO tools
* Knowledgeable in and up-to-date with the latest web marketing strategies
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* With strong coordination and organization skills
