Responsibilities:

* Perform timely, accurate and thorough operational processes surrounding the collection and entry of portfolio holdings data
* Analyze and collect portfolio data to ensure files received from information providers, clients and regulatory agencies are completely accurate
* Ensure timely and efficient collection of all holdings data information
* Follow established controls and operational procedure
* Perform other assignments requested by the manager
* Participate in special projects as assigned
* Keep up-to-date with company and department changes and initiatives
* Process portfolio holdings content through Lipper systems employing numerous quality controls and validations

Requirements:

* Fresh Grad any Business Course / Less than 1 year work experience
* Open to working on any shifts
* Contract duration: 3 – 6 months
* Expected Salary: Php13,500 – 14,953.85
