Communication Trainer (Banking and Financial Services/Cebu City)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing, preparing, providing and presenting classroom-training programs; measuring and evaluating the training sessions conducted; and planning and implementing training interventions to meet client targets. Works with Operations Management to assess training needs, and conducts coaching and feedback sessions with trainees to ensure standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* High tolerance for independent, high-volume desk work
* Willing and able to work on shifting schedules, extended hours and on GY shift
