MANILA OFFICE We have decided to establish a research center in the Philippines and are currently in the process of setting up our Manila office. The function of the Manila office is to act as a data intelligence/collection unit to support the activities of our executive search operation in Tokyo. The process for data collection involves the use of some internet based search tools; however the bulk of the research is conducted over the telephone calling to Tokyo from Manila. We offer an offer an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be a key part in the establishment and success of our new venture.

Responsibilities:
* Lead generation via telephone calls or internet research.
* Appointment setting for the Consultants in Tokyo.
Requirements:
* Excellent oral and written English skills.
* Excellent telephone conversation skills.
* Strong computer navigation and typing skills.
* Call center or recruitment industry experience a plus but not required.
* Japanese language ability a plus but not required.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
