1Dear Sir/Madam:
Our Curriculum for Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) requires 320 hours On-the-Job Training (OJT) for exposure to actual working conditions in a reputable firm (public or private). Your company is included in our selective and preferred listing as a desirable business concern that is capable of providing our students the invaluable work exposure.
Would it be possible then, for your company to accept the bearer, Earl Patrick E. Garcia , graduating student of the above University, for training purposes subject in all instances, to your policies, rules and regulations. We wish to emphasize that the successful completion by the trainee of the work requirements shall in no way be considered as a commitment by your enterprise for subsequent employment.
We will expect a certification on the completion of the 320 hours training and the accomplished evaluation form of the student under training in your company at the end of the training period.
Very truly yours,
Prof. Roel Traballo
OJT Coordinator
