Migration Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Taguig)

Responsibilities:

*  Manage client expectations, ensuring your project portfolio is aligned with program deadlines
* Manage migration approach and timeline to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and client expectations. Act as the primary client point of contact.
* Accountable for CTM on boarding success and the resolution of all issues that arise during the migration life cycle.
* Provide workflow support to clients and assist clients with any on boarding issues.
* Responsible for maintaining all documentation and detailed notes related to the migration strategy
* Refine and communicate migration process
* Support clients during client cut over phase
* Successfully manage multiple client migrations concurrently
* Assist with other miscellaneous duties, as requested by the EMEA Director
* Become proficient with the Company’s products and systems which relate to this program
* Communicate proactively and regularly with management regarding migration updates
* To be able to work within a regional and global team.

Requirements:

* 1+ year experience in the financial services industry
* Demonstrated experience working in an Implementation role and able to transfer knowledge
* Understanding of the Trade Flow and Trade Processing business and current Securities industry initiatives
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate information / issues clearly and succinctly to technical / non-technical colleagues and clients
* Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
* Must have extensive client facing experience with proven ability to manage client relationships
* Working knowledge of PC hardware and software
* Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat, web based applications
* Familiarity with on-line communication / meeting tools and presentation platforms e.g. WebEx
* Good analytical and diagnostic skills
* Must be professional, dedicated, detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
* Must be self-motivated and willing to expand skills and knowledge
* Strong interpersonal skills
