Marketing Specialist

*Serve as an internal Marketing consultant for different retention and engagement programs of Accenture.
*Monitor and measure effectiveness of programs and activities implemented.
*Contributes to different programs that would ensure that employees are driven to improve and maintain their performance targets.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of 4 year course
• Must have Minimum of 4 years extensive experience in marketing & communications preferably in
internal communications or employee
• Adept in integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning, and message development
• Must have above average project management skills
• Must have excellent oral & communications skills: have expertise in proofreading and editing
• Must have experience in organizing events
