As of March, 2006, retail loan servicing employs approximately 4,800 staff in four sites, across the U.S. and Manila. Loan Quality Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail Loan Quality Coordinators will perform  quality reviews of all loans prior to funding in existing regional operations sites. Reviews will  be based upon pre-set criteria.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum of two years of mortgage experience
* College degree required
* Excellent Analytical and Decision making skills
* Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Detailed and Organized
* Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
* Independent and Self Sufficient worker
* Able to prioritize and manage daily productivity
