Quality Assurance Manager
(National Capital Reg – Alabang, Muntinlupa City)

* Assess quality assurance programs for effectiveness and compliance to client and regulatory standards.
* Monitor weekly progress of QA specialist call monitoring and file audits
* Review QA specialists work product for accuracy
* Conduct call monitoring calibrations
* Review and respond to client audits
* Assemble and Communicate QA findings to Management
* Maintain knowledge of client work standards and audit requirements
* Monthly monitoring of QA specialist performance and remedial training if needed
* Oversee QA specialist training
* Advance Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook
* Knowledge of policies and procedures
* Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
* Knowledge of clients’ audit standards
* Knowledge of QA tools including job shadow software and call recording hardware

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong communication and composition skills
* Associate degree or equivalent work experience
* Two to three years customer service or quality assurance experience
* Organized and attentive to detail
* Strong analytical and PC skills proficient in Excel, specialized training in quality service principles and/or call monitoring
* Should have experience in Credit and Collections

* Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience and Competencies:

* Previous management experience
* Strong Communication and composition skills
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
* Two or Three years Call Center or Service Quality Assurance experience.
