General Accountant
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)
* Process reimbursements and employee advances, which includes checking and validating all information and supporting documents.
* Prepare monthly account analysis and monthly account reconciliation of assigned accounts (receivables, rebillables, fixed assets and cash accounts).
* Perform monthly Cost Allocation task as part of each month-end close process.
* Function as liaison with Facilities and other external or internal parties on matters pertaining to fixed assets.
* Check the finance accountabilities of resigned employees processing their clearances.
* Provide support to the General Accounting Manager, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Analytic skills and knowledge of general ledger accounting.
* Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook. Essbase, Hyperion and Lawson accounting package a plus.
* Willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard.
* 1 Full-Time position available.
