IT ASSOCIATE – P10,000 to P20,000

Responsibilities:
Required Skills
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent life experience
• Resourcefulness, thoroughness, and strong problem-solving skills
• General familiarity with a wide array of technologies, including:
o TCP/IP network principles
o Troubleshooting tools like ping and tracert
o Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista
o Linux command line administration and Linux Server updates
o Basic relational database concepts
o IP addresses, subnets, DNS, gateways, and NAT
o Communications via telnet, SSH, HTTP and serial connections
o Basic web programming (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
o Desktop computer hardware: RAM, PCI, SATA, etc.
o Thorough documentation practices
o Basic Cisco router commands

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Able to work in graveyard, weekend, and shifting schedules
* Min. 1 year experience in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database or equivalent.
* Call Center Experience Preferred
