Account Manager
(Pasay)
Responsibilities:
* Call on existing in-house accounts for www.rogenstudio.com.
* Handle house and new account inquiries.
* Maintain residual based business *(book of business).
* Must have knowledge of Order processing of PO, Artwork approvals and client credit approval.
* Responsible for fulfilling request when clients ask for Quote Request, catalogs or general samples.
* Work with Pre-Production dept, Art dept and Accounting & shipping dept.
Requirements:
* University Degree.
* Minimum 3 years experience in B2B.
* Must work on-site at PASAY, Philippines (no home base or off-site)
* Work experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising or Promotional product industry.
* Excellent problem solver, very responsible with positive attitude & management skills.
* Possess excellent communications, and follow up skills.
* Excellent English written grammar.
* Computer knowledge (Email, IM, microsoft office, internet, CRM Zoho).
* At least 35 words/min typing.
* Prior sales, customer service support, client management, outbound/inbound experienced.
