Financial Analyst
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

*Prepares weekly revenue forecasts
* Compares forecasts to actual results and analyzes for reasonableness.
*Prepares necessary reports
*Discrepancy reports for client management review.
*Composite reports as required by management.
*Coordinates with other departments to ensure accurate, timely, and appropriate financial data/reports are prepared and presented to client/company management.
*Ensures that reports are clear and comprehensible.
*Makes recommendations as to improving the efficiency of the financial reporting processes.
*Maintains and analyzes appropriate financial related data
*For review and comparison to actual results.
*In order to prepare forecasts for clients.
*To draws accurate conclusions through the use of mathematical and financial reasoning.
*Researches and trouble-shoots discrepancies and open items. Provides accurate and timely feedback on discrepancies and unreasonable and unsupported financial conditions or situations.
*Makes recommendations as to improving the efficiency of the budget.
*Assists with a variety of special projects as directed by client management or the Finance Director.
*Understands the financial performance of other departments’ respective platforms in order to explain past financial results and to provide financial guidance to improve future results.
*Provides financial consulting regarding pricing and special projects
*Analyzes financial models created by the SR Financial Analyst

*Fluent in verbal and written English.
*Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
*Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
*Strong organizational skills. Need to be able to prioritize in a fast paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
*Must be detail-oriented.
*Solid analytical and problem-solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning and execution.
*Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
*Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
