Shift and Team Leads
(National Capital Reg – Metro Manila)

Responsibilities:

* -Operations Management
* Ensure that handover between outbound shift and inbound shift engineers is executed timely and accurately. Consult Team Lead in case of clarification and assistance.
* During hand-over process, assignment of all P1/P2 tickets must be owned by engineers of inbounding shift.
* Timely sending and acknowledging of Hand-over
* Ensure that items in handover sheet are executed
* Engage Team Lead for critical and major issues attended/WIP during the shift (flood of tickets, major escalation, etc)
* Ensure that agreed shift adherence process is complied with.
* Ensure that there are appropriate number of people on the shift.”
* Ensure that engineers charge their Omega before cutoff
* Provide process coaching to engineers upon observation of non-compliance

* -Incident Management
* Monitoring shift queue continuously, drive tickets into resolution and escalate to DTS/Team Lead as appropriate.
* Ensure that all tickets are appropriately assigned and worked on
* Ensure that TTO/TTT/TTR standards are met during the shift
* Random audit of case logs history and correct usage of ticket statur; work with respective team member for on the spot correction/training”

Requirements:

* Bachelors’s Degree Holder.
* Must have experience on Service Operations and Delivery.
* Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
