Customer Support Representative
(Southern Mindanao – Davao)

Responsibilities:
CSR 1:

To provide account management, billing and A/R Support for a manufacturing company with client base all over the USA. Must write and speak English fluently and adept in working with international clients. Must be willing to work on EST Business Hours (GMT-8). Must possess a valid passport.  This position is open only to Female applicants.

CSR 2:

To provide online technical support for North American clients of a software company. Must be technically proficient on HTML and CSS. Knowledge and experience in creating web sites is highly preferred. Must write and speak English fluently and adept in working with international clients. Must be willing to work on rotating shifts. This position is open to both Male and Female applicants.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word.
* Required language(s): English
* Must be willing to work on EST Time Zone.
* Experience as a technical support representative is highly preferred. Must be highly familiar with support systems and escalation processes.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
