Technical Support Representative
(National Capital Reg – Bonifacio Global City, Taguig)

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be:
- providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone / email / chat
- building relationships quickly with customers and understand the dynamics of a global business environment

Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least 6 months Call Center experience handling a Technical Support account, preferably with background in IT Products (specifically Hardware)
- Must be technically competent
- Completed at least 3 years of College education
- Willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules
- With Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
