Technical Support Professional
(National Capital Reg – Mckinley Hills Taguig)
Responsibilities:
* Answer calls and address customer’s technical support needs
* Manage incident load efficiently through timely customer contact, research and escalation
* Research and consult with peers when unable to quickly identify cause of problem.
* Advise and educate customers in a way they can understand
* Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to accurately identify problems.
* Apply most effective solution for identified problems.
* Adhere to quality standards, framework, policies, and processes
* Create positive customer experience through providing an efficient and quality solution to customer enquiries / problems
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Proven Technical skills
* Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City,Manila.
* Full-Time positions available.

1I am presently employed as customer service advisor at 247 Customer Service Philippines Incorporated been with the company for 1year and 3 months, U.K mobile phone and mobile broadband company. Also worked for Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines as customer service representative, Australian company engaged telephone company that provides landline, mobile phones, broadband, dial-up and mobile broadband. My first call center experience was at Ambergris Solutions Incorporated now known to many as Telus, worked as technical support for MCI account, engaged in landline, American account.
