(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Canidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound collections calls for our US based clients.
* Candiates will also be responsible for providing upskilling for those agents who require it.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Previous collections experients preferred.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
