Research Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig)

Requirements:

* Customer Account Research or Call Center experience preferred
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet standard service levels
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task by viewing, updating and correcting multiple screens and/or systems
* Must keep up to date with updated and/or new policies & procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and/or heavy volume environment
* Must have strong customer focus
* Good problem solving and decision making skills
* Strong research and analytical skills required
* Highly adaptable to change
* May require 10-key and/or data entry testing
* Successfully complete Voice and Accent screening
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
