Requirements:

* Strong data entry skills
* Must be detail-oriented
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work independently
* Strong aptitude in mainframe and intranet based applications and systems
* Auto finance knowledge a plus
* At least 1 year call center / BPO experience is required for this position
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Review and analyze submitted correspondence to determine if it meets the business requirements, including compliance with various state and federal regulations.
* Work closely with other Chase Auto Finance sites and departments to resolve issues.
* Provide process support including:
* Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted correspondence.
* Communicate exceptions and additional requirements to clients.
* Index product documents and route appropriately for retention.
* Enter required information into systems.
