1Hi. I applied for a CSR job with APAC Tacloban on Nov. 16. Got a letter saying I’m onto the next step to getting hired. It’s been two weeks now and still not a peep from anyone from APAC. Just wondering if I should hold on to the letter I got or chuck it to the waste bin and consider my other offers.

14Hi,
I was born and raised in Leyte. I got a Bachelor’s Degree in Mgt. Accounting. I’m interested to be one of the contributors to the success of the company. I’m currently residing here in Muntinlupa, presently working in Convergys, Alabang but I’m willing to work in my hometown. And when I heard about your company through word of mouth, it created a music in my ear and gives me hope that finally I dont need to leave just to look for a job that would give me satisfaction, financially and socially. I’ve been in a call center industry for almost 3 years now, and been with my recent job for almost 2 years.. I’ve been to sales and then customer care in a telephone company (US based), catering not only cust care but also technical assistance at some point, thus upselling. hence, now serving as cust care with a satellite provider handling billing concerns in the same company. I’m willing to divulge my time for my team to create good relationship with them and that would make it easier attaining the goals as a whole. Would this suffice or meet the qualifications that you’re looking for in a team leader? I would love to hear your feedback. I have my email address attached.

20hi there apac.. i tried applying on your company but unfortunately i wasnt hired they said it was because that i was not able to finish my sophomore year. i thought that call centers are the once who help undergrads. i thought that they are the once who will give hope to those people who cant afford to finish their studies. But i guess i was wrong. i think they should lower a bit their standards regarding the educational attainment and focus more on the communication skill of an applicant.Because their are lots of qualified applicants but unfortunately wasnt able to pass the standards regarding the educational attainment.i do hope that your company would consider this comment. thank you more power.

21Hello! I applied at APAC last May 2009 and started the training last August 2009. I did not finish the training because I had another priority at that time. It’s been 10 months now since I left and I’d like to ask if I can reapply since I am staying in Tacloban for good. If I be allowed to reapply, please give me the email address of the HR Department so I can send my resume online. By the way, I used to work a a CSR at Convergys in Cebu for Sprint account. Please leave a message in my email.
