PAYROLL EXECUTIVE
(National Capital Reg – QUEZON CITY)

Responsibilities:

* Check and calculate daily, weekly and monthly logs of employees for timesheet recording.
* Process variations such as new hires, last pay, promotion, etc.
* Update, check and verify leaves of employees for payroll crediting.
* Cross-check logs of employees in internal system and payroll records.
* Handles and deals with queries on taxes, benefit deductions, government-mandated benefits, etc.
* Update Company masterlist.
* Maintain 201 files of employees.
* Assist with the implementation of pay rises and incremental advances.
* Maintain confidentiality of records.
* Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the position.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY.
* Call Center background is an advantage.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
