Accounting TEAM LEAD
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role Mission: The IA-Tax team lead will be responsible in ensuring the day to day operation of the team. He/she will supervise operations of a 4-6 IA-Tax service owner.

Major Job Duties & Detail
Manage the day-to-day operations of IA-tax
Acquire necessary knowledge and be the subject matter expert on IA-taxation and IBM’s Tax Equalization Policy
People management (goal setting, performance management, career development support, attrition management and etc)
Support team members to ensure key deliverables are executed timely and accurately
Ensure identified issues are tracked and monitored to closure
Maintain an issues tracking and monitor measurement reports of team members
Point of escalation of the team members for issues
Resolve escalated cases until closure
Ensure audit readiness by ensuring documentations and records are updated on a regular basis
Spearhead workload and business continuity planning activities
Prepare management reports on a regular monthly basis, and escalate critical issues to management as necessary
Present these management reports to the MDC Delivery Leader, AP IA-tax Process Lead, and other management parties as required
Validate and approve payment requests
Liaise with Ernst and Young as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in EASTWOOD,LIBIS QUEZON.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
