RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide communication assistance to North American-based speech- and hearing-impaired individuals via chat protocol.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Very good English communication skills (including pronunciation, intonation, vocabulary, grammar, spelling, and comprehension)
* Neutral/Close-to-neutral accent
* Sufficient exposure to various American accents (like through audio-visual media and direct/phone interaction with North Americans)
* Very good listening skills (as the job entails real-time transcription of conversations)
* A typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 98% accuracy (dictation typing)
* Willing to work in shifting schedules
* Willing to work in Cubao
* Willing to render overtime
* CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT COULD BE AN ADVANTAGE.
* Required language(s): English.
