Sourcing Assistant – Contractual
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Attend career fairs, island recruitment, campus tours and flyering events to promote job openings and gather applications. Report number of applications gathered and keep track of success rate.
* Complete all administrative duties relating to this position
* Assist in searching for feasible sources of applicant pool in print and online ads, job fairs, community recruitment and referrals
* Ensure that marketing/recruitment collaterals like brochures, application forms, banners and booth are up-to-date, sufficient and in good working condition
* Attend to ingress and egress procedures during career fairs
* Responsible for knowing company updates and current job openings to be able to answer inquiries from potential candidates
* Phone screen leads gathered from print and online ads, job fairs, referrals and other sources
* Maintain a phone screen database by encoding applicants’ information and monitoring their status
* Champion and demonstrate the company core values and culture
* Help drive the APAC employee brand in the market
* Reports to the Sourcing Coordinator

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* 2 Full-Time positions available
* 6 months to 1 year previous recruiting experience preferably in a call center organization supporting operational and high volume recruiting.
* Ability to effectively interpret the employment demands and translate these demands into timely, results-driven action items.
* Strong interpersonal, sales, and negotiating skills.
* Competent interviewing skills.
* Strong Job Board Search skills.
