Project Manager
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)
Responsibilities:
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, cost, execute, and finalize projects accordingly to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control through its life cycle.
Monitors all production personnel across shifts, 6 days a week. In-charge of personnel and client communication. Provides superiors with regular updates on production and quality issues.
Tech-savvy enough to analyze and carry out work processes; system analysis and improvements especially in the area of data entry and other user-friendly interfaces. Someone who is equipped and can be involved from training materials creation, development and implementation.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Male / Female not over 40 years old.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the same capacity gained from a BPO company required for this position.
* Computer literate w/ knowledge in using Microsoft/Internet applications and can handle computer multi-tasking skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Has a strong leadership skills and ability to manage large groups of people and drive team performance.
* Ability to prioritize and organize work.
* Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.
* Full-Time positions available.

1I am currently working as a Site Director in a BPO here in the country and I am interested to apply for the position. I am capable and has all the capabilities to run a center. From recruitment, dialer management, lead management and as well as client relations can easily be polished by me. I have been with a BPO for 9 years now and worked as an agent, coach, team leader, trainer, shift manager, program manager, director of operations and site director.
