Program Coordinator
(National Capital Reg – Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* Creates, maintains, modifies and terminates all employee access to in-house software applications.
* Quality Development Tool Administrator for a sales account.
* Responsible for pulling and posting recordings to the in-house software site.
* Responsible for resolving basic technical issues in relation to quality and log-in concerns.
* Acts as a liaison of the training and quality team and IT on technical issues.
* Responsible for maintaining all training and quality reports. Generates Adhoc training and quality reports as needed.
* Provides administrative support for the Sales Training and Quality team.
* Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Strong attention to detail skills.
* Strong data entry skills.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Strong time management capabilities.
* Strong computer skills, especially with Word, Excel and Access.
* Knowledge and understanding of NCO policies and procedures.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to uphold highest level of confidentiality.
* Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
* Orgaizational Skills – maintain record retention of information from clients and customers in a standard functional manner.
* A self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong computer skills,
