Recruitment Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Collation of all pre-employment requirements
* Prepares ad hoc reports as needed
* Maintains and administers database uploading and integrity of data that is being used for Recruitment operations.
* Conduct thorough reference checks/background checks
* Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates
* Perform administrative tasks to complete candidates’ on-boarding process e.g. turn-over of documents and paperwork to HR
* Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit as required
* Develop and maintain excellent working relations within the Human Resources organization
* Provide daily updates regarding newly submitted Pre-Employment Requirements.
* Maintain a repository of templates, documents, tools and files of the team to ensure a safe and thorough audit as requires
* Stay informed and updated of systems enhancements
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
* Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.
* Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
* Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Knowledge and exposure to Recruitment operations
* At least 1 year experience handling administrative responsibilities
* Experience generating reports and providing back office support
* Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
* Ability to work in multi-tasked environment.
* Ability to prioritize and organize work.
* Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
