Responsibilities:

* e-Commerce Customer Service & Product Listing Support Associate

* Overall Position Description. Support day to day operations of Toyza’s e-commerce sales channels. This is a multidiscipline position. Associate will be working on customer service and updating online sales channels in a team environment.

* Answer questions by email and minimal outbound calls for eBay, Amazon, and Toyza.com consumers.
* Generate listings of new products.
* Improve descriptions and images for existing items and update on all channels.
* Manage task completion of all new incoming items for all channels.
* Compare prices on eBay, Amazon, and Website and adjust prices accordingly.
* Monitor and update Google Ad Word campaign.
* Update and monitor internet blogs and other guerilla marketing tactics.
* Support wholesale website.
* Other tasks as assigned. This is a new position and possible adjustments may occur to meet the above goal of support of overall operations.

* Qualifications
* Previous online customer service or online retail experience required.
* Excellent written English skills with emphasis on responding to consumer questions and problems. Must have strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong organizational skills needed.
* Must be able to work on the computer majority of the workday.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Required skill(s): superior written Engligh, online customer service experience, online retail experience.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Japanese.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
