Japanese TSR for Quezon Avenue site
(National Capital Reg – Quezon Avenue, Quezon City)

Responsibilities:

* To provide quality technical/customer service to clients via phone using the Japanese/Nihonggo language

Requirements:

* Finished at least 2 years in college or similar college-level education (any course)
* Working knowledge of computers (can do basic PC troubleshooting)
* Excellent spoken and written JAPANESE/NIHONGGO communication skills
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Willing to be assigned at Sunnymede IT Center (SITC) along Quezon Avenue in Quezon City
* Willing to work on a day-shift schedule (Mondays to Fridays only, 7am-4pm shift – weekends off)
* Willing to work on a CONTRACTUAL STATUS
* Available to start ASAP
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
