HTMT Global Solutions Manila was envisioned in mid-2004 when HTMT completed the acquisition of Customer Contact Center (C-Cubed), the recognized pioneer in the Philippine contact center industry. Over the past two years, HTMT has not only integrated the business under a common umbrella but also accelerated the growth in business to a staggering 140% in terms of employment.
Full-scale operations started in March 2006 at HTMT Cyberpark, a 2,000-seat state-of-the-art call center facility located in Quezon City. Occupying an area of more than 10,000 square meters, the Cyberpark is HTMT’s single largest facility outside India.

Requirements:
* Graduate of any four-year course or degree (with or wothout experience)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Willing to be trained and work in shifts.
* Experience and background in HMO’s and/ or insurance business (a plus).
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
We also accomodate applicants with minimum of two years college education of any course (with at least 6 months relevant work experience preferably gained in a call center or customer service-oriented environment.
